Northern Ghana Baptist Theological Seminary (Isaac is Principal of the Seminary)

In addition to planting churches, Isaac and Grace also have the strong conviction of training leaders for the service of God. They have done this for the past twelve years and continue to do so. Leadership development is very important to church growth and development.

The Seminary has four campuses, one residential (Tamale) and three non residential (Tema, Winneba and Half Assini). Isaac and Grace live in Tamale at the residential campus. There are three other lecturers who teach at the Seminary. For the past five years they have trained about sixty pastors who are all leading churches, most of them in the rural areas.

The challenges as a training institution are numerous. But two out of those challenges are: a photocopier and tuition fees for deprived students.
